Wake Forest Fashion House Free Clothing Pickup Policy Thank you for choosing to give your clothing a new home! Our complimentary pickup service makes it easy for local women to pass along beautiful pieces they no longer wear while helping us keep quality fashion circulating within our community. What We Pick Up We currently accept women’s clothing and women’s shoes that are clean and in good, wearable condition. We especially appreciate: Contemporary and designer brands Boutique and upscale clothing Dresses Tops and blouses Sweaters and cardigans Jeans and pants Skirts Jackets and blazers Coats Women’s shoes, boots and sandals New or like-new pieces Current and classic styles We do not currently accept handbags, jewelry, accessories, undergarments, children’s clothing or men’s clothing. Condition Guidelines Please only include clothing and shoes you would feel comfortable giving to a friend. Items should be clean, wearable and free from significant stains, holes, strong odors, excessive pet hair or major damage. Shoes should be in good wearable condition without excessive wear. We are unable to accept heavily worn or damaged items or pieces that are not suitable for resale. Free Local Pickup Complimentary clothing pickup is available within our designated local service area and is subject to availability. Please have your items securely placed in bags or boxes and ready at the agreed-upon pickup location and time. For contactless pickups, items may be left in the location specified when your pickup is scheduled. Item Selection Wake Forest Fashion House reserves the right to determine which donated items are appropriate for our boutique. Scheduling or completing a pickup does not guarantee that every item will be added to our inventory. Items that do not meet our current inventory needs or quality standards may be donated, recycled, responsibly passed along, or otherwise handled at our discretion. Donated items cannot be returned once they have been picked up.
